Getting in contact –

Have you already booked onto your course? On booking, we send you an automated Welcome email with all information you require for the day. This includes directions, the gate code for weekends and some information about your day. Please check your spam folders if you haven’t seen this. We are aware some servers see our emails as spam.

 Telephone calls –

Unfortunately we are rarely able to take phone calls due to teaching or being with clients. Please use our email contact form and Louise will call you back at her earliest opportunity. This is usually when we break for lunch or after teaching. If you do need to call, please leave a voicemail.

We kindly ask you not to call outside the business operating hours of mon-fri 9.30-17.00.

Location-

Located just a short drive from Gloucester we are easily accessible fom the M5 and the A roads. We are just off the Twigworth Green roundabout, directly opposite Janes Bakery and The Co op.

Parking

Free parking on site and all facilities are located on the ground floor. At the weekend the gates will be closed. The gate code is sent to you on the welcome email. We do have ANPR so please register your number plates at the start of your course.

Accessibility

We are easily accessible with no steps outside premises, wheelchair access, all on one level.

Lunch – There is a co-op across the road from us, along with Janes Bakery. If you would prefer to bring your own, our kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Cold drinks, tea and coffee will be readily avaible and free throughout your day. Afternoon tea will also be included, please alert us to any dietry requirements on booking.

Accommodation – There are Air bnbs locally as well as a premiere Inn Gloucester, Longford only a few minutes drive away. We also have Hatherley Manor, a spa hotel located in down hatherley.

On the day – We make to set sizes on our courses rather than individual measurements.  This is to ensure everyone can work at a relaxed pace and gets all the support they require. You will leave the day feeling confident in your newly acquired skills and excited to embark on your own projects.

Refunds – Please see our Refund policy for full details. All courses are non refundable from the point of booking. This is to safeguard our services for the future.

 If you have to cancel your course, in EXCEPTIONAL circumstances and at our discretion, we will offer you the ability to book onto any like for like value course, within 12 months. This will usually be dependant on whether we have the ability/opportunity to refill your original place. If you become aware that you will not be able to attend your course, please contact us with as much notice as possible, to avoid disappointment. We will need a minimum of 48 hours notice to offer us the chance to resell your place for that day.

On the rare occassion your course may be cancelled by the sewing school. (This has not happened so far and I will always do my very best to keep a course running).You will have the ability to book onto any like for like value course within 18 months. If this were to happen we please ask for the same level of understanding as we offer you. Only in exceptional circumstances would refunds be issued.
