Refund Policy

We don’t want anyone to miss out and understand that life happens.Our courses are non refunable from the time of booking. This is due to the cost of materials, habedashery and booking our tutors in advance. However we understand that life happens and we do not wish for anyone to miss out. Therefore as long as we have 24 hours notice, we will offer you the opportunity to book onto any course with like for like value, within 12 months.Even with less than 24 bours notice we will do our best to accommodate you so please contact Louise to discuss.
